Raw aluminiumCold-extruded from 99.7% pure aluminium; meets the dimensional tolerances of EN and TS standards.
Internal lacquerEpoxy-phenolic resin, 5–15 µm. Prevents the product from reacting with aluminium; resistant to sterilisation (121 °C / 60 min) and pH 3–13. Made with FDA-compliant chemicals.
External lacquer (enamel)Polyester or polyurethane-based base coat. Available in white, yellow, clear and silver.
PrintingYour artwork is printed in up to 6 colours with alkyd-based aluminium tube inks. Colours are matched to the PANTONE guide.
Darex (latex) sealWater-based liquid seal applied inside the tail; keeps the tube leak-proof after folding.
