From ingot to box
Every stage is monitored, from order intake to shipment.

Slug production
Aluminium is converted into slugs for tube extrusion.

Cold extrusion
Slugs are cold-extruded into tubes on press lines; the shoulder and thread are formed.

Lacquer, enamel and print
Internal lacquer, external enamel and PANTONE-matched printing in up to 6 colours are applied; then the cap is fitted.

Inspection and packing
Process checks every 2 hours, final visual inspection and statistical batch release before boxing.

Packaging and shipping
Safe delivery
Labelled boxes
Tubes are boxed nozzle-down; each box label shows product code, diameter/length, quantity, production date and batch number.
Protective packing
Box tops and bottoms are lined with polyethylene and bubble wrap; tubes never touch the carton.
Delivery with our own fleet
Palletised and stretch-wrapped goods are shipped by our own vehicles or the customer's.
