Privacy Notice (KVKK)

1. Data Controller

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Konaltaş Konya Alüminyum San. ve Tic. A.Ş., as data controller, within the scope described below. This English version is provided for information; the Turkish text prevails.

• Identity data: Name, surname, national ID number, date of birth, etc.
• Contact data: Phone number, e-mail address, postal address, etc.
• Customer data: Profile information, requests and complaints.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to our service providers, business partners, suppliers, shareholders and authorised public institutions under the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

5. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected through our website, e-mail, call centre, mobile applications and, in person, through meetings, contracts and application forms.

6. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

• learn whether your personal data is processed
• request information if it has been processed
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
• request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly
• request erasure or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK
• object to an adverse outcome resulting solely from automated analysis
• claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing

7. Right to Apply

You may submit requests regarding your rights in writing, via our registered e-mail (KEP) address, with a secure electronic signature, or from an e-mail address registered in our system. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
